
A temporary exhibition entitled Rare Collection inaugurated today at the Royal Carriages Museum. Egyptian tourism ministry
Director of the museum Ahmed El-Sabagh said that among the most beautiful objects is a small vehicle that was once used as a toy by toddlers in the royal family. Decorated with small lamps, a small metal whip, and a bronze bust of Khedive Ismail, the metal maquette of the vehicle is embellished with paintings of angels, natural scenes, and ladies.
The exhibition also hosts a collection of hats of different shapes and styles for men and women, along with a statuette of a horse made of porcelain and a horseshoe shaped ashtray made of bronze and leather.
