“Mo does not want to take any risks, but it looks good." Klopp told a press conference on Friday.
The 29-year-old Salah went off injured during the victory over Chelsea in the FA Cup final on Saturday after going down with no other players around him and he received treatment on his right knee before he was able to walk off unaided.
There were also concerns when Virgil Van Dijk was brought off at the end of regulation time.
"The rest of the boys all look good; what we do for the weekend, I do not know yet,” the Liverpool boss added.
"My ideal solution is that they can play on the weekend or at least be on the bench. If not, we take it from there," Klopp said.
Liverpool are still chasing the Premier League title with one game remaining next week, and with a Champions League final meeting with Real Madrid in two weeks on 28 May.
Manchester City, with one game remaining, are one point clear at the top of the table with a significantly better goal difference than their rivals Liverpool.
Liverpool are scheduled to face Wolverhampton Wanderers while City will take on Aston Villa in the final matchday on Saturday.
Salah is in contention to be named top goal-scorer for the third time in five seasons having netted 22 times this season, one more than Tottenham Hotspur's Son Heung-Min, who will face relegated Norwich City on Saturday.
“We actually understand 100 percent the goalscoring battle with Son Heung-Min, but there is no chance we take any risk. Mo does not want to take any risks, I have no doubt about that,” Klopp said.
