Japanese Short Video Contest accepts entries in MENA region

The Japanese Short Video Contest announced accepting entries for its round covering the Middle East and North Africa

The contest was announced by The Japan Foundation's cultural centre in Cairo. 

The contest aims to promote Japanese language and encourage Japanese language learners in the Middle East and North Africa. It also focuses on promoting networking among the Japanese language learners and boost the cross-cultural understanding and mutual communication.

The contesnats are required to create a video for up to three minutes on the theme "My Day" with the principle language being Japanese, subtitled in Arabic and English.

The applicants are required to make a pre-registration no later than 20 November 2022.
